All the towns we work inQuestions
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes, when the items match your photos. We check every price before you sign. If there's more on the day, heavier material, or a carry we didn't know about, the crew shows you the new price before anything is loaded, and you decide.
Can you come today?
When a window is open and you book at least 2 hours before it starts. Windows run 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, and the last one starts at 4 PM, so book by 2 PM for today.
When do I pay?
When the job is done, by card or cash. Nothing to pay when you book.
What happens to my things?
We donate what's in good shape, recycle what we can, and take the rest to the drop-off. Ask and we tell you where your load went. We pass on a donation receipt when the charity issues one.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Changing or cancelling is free until 24 hours before your window. Inside 24 hours there's a $50 fee. After you sign, Oregon and Washington law also give you until midnight of the third business day to cancel.
Do I have to send photos?
Photos give you the most exact price before we come. You can also tell us in a sentence or tap the quick picks, and we check the price before you sign. Rather not use the form? Text or call (971) 000-0000.
Do you take hot tubs and pianos?
Yes. A free-standing hot tub is $449, once it's drained and your electrician has disconnected it. An upright piano is $399. A grand piano is priced from photos.
