Yes, when the items match your photos. We check every price before you sign. If there's more on the day, heavier material, or a carry we didn't know about, the crew shows you the new price before anything is loaded, and you decide.

By how much room your things take in our truck, from our minimum, $169, up to a full load, $749 for 15 cubic yards. A few items have a set fee on top, and stairs, a long carry and taking things apart are their own lines, so you see what each part costs.

Stairs: the first flight is free, then $25 a flight. A carry longer than 100 feet is $25, and taking an item apart to get it out is $50 an item. Show us the way out in your photos and it's all in your price.

A small set fee each, on top of the truck space: $40 for a refrigerator, freezer or AC unit, because the gas in it has to be recovered; $20 for a mattress or box spring; $25 for a TV or monitor. Washers, dryers and stoves have no set fee.

Yes. A free-standing hot tub is $449, once it's drained and your electrician has disconnected it. An upright piano is $399. A grand piano is priced from photos.

Crews work Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, in 2-hour windows. Book at least 2 hours before an open window and we come today. The last window starts at 4 PM, so book by 2 PM for today. Evenings and Sundays are by appointment, at no extra charge for pickups before May 1, 2027.

Never more than the price you signed. Pay the crew when the job is done, by card, cash or the other ways we tell you about when you book. Where we take cards online, your booking page also lets you pay the signed price by card ahead of time.

Yes, from your booking link, or text (971) 000-0000. Moving or cancelling is free until 24 hours before your window; inside 24 hours, or if we can't do the job when we arrive, it's $50. Cancelling under your right to cancel after signing is always free.

Hazardous materials (asbestos, fuel, oil, solvents, pesticides, chemicals), roofing, medical waste, ammunition and fireworks, and anything leaking. Metro's household hazardous waste sites take chemicals and fuel. Not sure? Send a photo and ask.

What we take

We donate what's in good shape, recycle what we can, and take the rest to the drop-off. Ask and we tell you where your load went. We pass on a donation receipt when the charity issues one.

In Oregon: Portland, Happy Valley, Clackamas, Milwaukie, Oregon City, West Linn and Lake Oswego, and the towns around them. In Washington we offer donation and recycling runs and labor-only loading, outside the City of Vancouver and the City of Washougal. Not on the list? Where we work

Yes: move-outs, unit and storage cleanouts and curbside piles, each pickup booked online or by text, with the price in writing before we come. Ask for an invoice when you book and we send it by email or text when the job is done.
