Step by step

1. 1Add photos

   On our price page, add a few photos of what's going, or tell us what it is. You can also text them to (971) 000-0000.

2. 2See your price

   Every line comes from our price list: truck space, a few set item fees, stairs. We check it before you sign.

3. 3Pick a 2-hour window

   Book the window that suits you online, any hour. Crews work Monday to Saturday; evenings and Sundays by appointment. We text when we're on our way.

4. 4Sign on your phone

   Read the price and the terms, and sign with your finger. You get a copy by text or email. That price is the one you pay when the items match your photos.

5. 5We load, sweep and go

   We carry it out, sweep up and take it away. You pay when it's done. What can be donated or recycled is, and we can tell you where it went.

Photos that give the right price

• The whole pile from a few steps back, so we can see how much there is.
• Something for size next to it: a door, a person, a car.
• Close-ups of anything heavy or unusual: a hot tub, a piano, concrete, a safe.
• The way out: stairs, a narrow hallway, a gate, how far it is to where a truck can park.
• Anything you're keeping that sits near the pile, so we leave it.

If something is different on the day

If there's more than the photos showed, heavier material, or something we can't take, the crew shows you the new price on their phone before anything is loaded. You decide: sign the new price, or have us take only what was in the photos. You get a copy of whatever you sign.

Same day, when you book 2 hours ahead

Crews work Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, in 2-hour windows. Book at least 2 hours before an open window and we come today. The last window starts at 4 PM, so book by 2 PM for today.

• 10 AM to noon
• noon to 2 PM
• 2 to 4 PM
• 4 to 6 PM

What we promise

• Your photo price is the price

  The price we send from your photos is the price you pay when the items match the photos. If something is different on the day (more items, heavier material, a carry we weren't told about), we show you the new price before anything is loaded, and you decide.

• On time, or money off

  You pick a 2-hour window and we text when we're on our way. If we get there after your window closes, you get 5% off, or 10% off if we're more than 30 minutes late.

• Donated and recycled first

  What can be donated or recycled is, and we can tell you where your load went. We pass on a donation receipt when the charity issues one.
